Machine Vision System
MVP is a family of PC-based vision systems for complex, high accuracy
Measurement and reading applications. It is ideal for applications
requiring multiple cameras or color image analysis. MVP is used in a
wide range of manufacturing industries such as medical devices,
automotive parts, disposable consumer goods, electronic components,
Packaging and pharmaceuticals. While applications can be developed in a
graphical point-and-click environment it does not require much
knowledge of programming and machine vision to configure vision
applications.
Machine Vision software
Vision reader plus: With Reader Plus typical application can be
set up simply by Specifying a search area (ROI), adjusting some
parameters for the extraction of the symbols, and Selecting an
appropriate OCR font. If the syntax of the words that must be read is
known, or if they must match the entries of a dictionary, the results
of Reader Plus will be displayed and database gives you complete detail
of part production. Reader plus is also used for bar code reading it
will read bar code and data code at any angle and any position inside
image.
Measure plus: Measure plus is useful to get geometry measurement
values of parts like length, radius, angles etc. with very high
accuracy. Measure plus best suitable (non-contact measurement
technique) into automotive and packaging industries. All measurement
value can be collected into Excel sheet. Measure plus is also used to
color applications, to monitor color on products.
MVP Match-it: MVP match-it is a very low cost machine vision
solution for all the industries where simple pattern matching type
application works. It is useful to math Features of parts like assembly
presence/absence, object matching etc. It is very easy to use software
for machine vision application. Programming knowledge not required for
it. Its window based user-friendly machine vision solution.
